* Wood and bark textured clayworks, oh so cool.
* Cala lillies impressions in porcelain and stoneware.
* Clay works are available in my traditional creamy off white color stoneware, white porcelain clay and in a brown textured surface finish.
* All of my clay and tile works have my signature and are dated on the back.
* The clayworks are hung securely on the wall using picture hanging wire. The wire can be removed if you choose to display the piece on a flat surface. I would suggest a foot pad be placed on the footing for added protection if the item is placed on a scratchable surface.
* The clayworks are created as art pieces, they could be used as a dry bowl. Do not use harsh cleansers on the surface to clean, especially if there is a secondary color on the surface of the clay.
* All art is designed for inside display, however some have used it outdoors. The following information has been shared with me in regards to outdoors display of the tiles.:
Customers have reported using the tile transfers outside in the elements year round, both hung and placed on the ground in the garden (not being walked on.)
Additional sealer on the surface is reccommended for extended outside display. I have reports they have been outside for up to 4 years year round as of summer 2009.
November, 2009 a lady stopped by my booth and indicated she had purchased perhaps one of the first split tile sets. They have been displayed outside on her porch, one split side completely protected under cover and the other split side being exposed to the sun, rain and snow part of the day. The exposed side of the set has faded in comparison to the protected side. I have changed the surface sealer treatment since the very first series of work and am unsure at this time as to the surface of this set. Please reseal the surface if it is exposed the elements.
