FAQ Shipping & Art Work
Shipping
- Flat fee for shipping cost $8.
- Orders are shipped out within 7 to 10 days from my home studio located in Maryland.
- Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
- PLEASE NOTE: USPS is reporting possible shipping delays during the month of December, 2020.
- A tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped.
- Shipping only within the continental United States.
- No third party shipping.
- All sales are final, no returns.
- If there is a problem or the package is received damaged, keep all the packaging and product. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving. Contact me through this website or email KBoylandDesigns@verizon.net
The Art Work
- The artwork is decorative only.
- The clay works are Not food safe. It is art.
- Use a standard picture hook or a large headed nail to securely hang the clay works.
- The wood spirit faces in clay are finished to look like wood may be displayed outdoors.
- Never leave any of the clay works out in freezing conditions.
- To clean the clay surface, dust off or rinse with water and a mild soap if needed. .
